Lilith drains 1 MP and Charms everyone each time she attacks with Allure+. Her AI will use Allure+ and Maziodyne even if you have anti-Pierce skills and a demon that can repel or drain the corresponding elements.
Challenge-specific boss skills, status pressure and powerful counters require a purpose-built team.

Allure+ and Dionysus’s counter can Charm the team while Incubus drains MP. A cleanser must be personally immune and able to act; avoid assuming anti-Pierce stops the Charm component.

His own ailment immunity lets him lead with Cleansing Shout against Allure+ and Dionysus’s Charm counter. This restores the party’s ability to act, removes debuffs and recovers MP without an HP-healing effect.
Golden Apple increases natural MP recovery so the cleanser can keep working through Mind Break/Allure+. Fortify and revivals support an attrition approach.
Setup: Panel 1 for personal ailment immunity.
Watch out: She does not make every ally Charm-immune.
Merciful Gaze gives personal Charm/Poison/Mute immunity. Her targeted buddy attacks and recovery offer a way to pressure the Charm/MP enemies without a fragile attacker losing its action.
Setup: Use the correct buddy form for the chosen target.

Charm control and MP economy come first. Keep a Charm-immune cleanser funded, and choose a kill order that reduces Lilith/Dionysus pressure.
There is no requirements on MATK or PATK on your attackers, your demons can be as weak as possible.
Hecatoncheires needs 35% ACC if you don't want him to miss target. Else, simply don't attack with him.
You need some MDEF so that Barong Dance can heal more than the damage you can take.
Incubus and Lilith drain your MP, it means you don't want to spend MP on your Cleanser except to cast Prayer. And you want to pass turns to get 2 rounds each turn.
This battle is Trivial if Barong is Panel 1 and has max level Barong Dance. Else, it may be more difficult, but your victory would not rely much on RNG as long as you don't misplay.
The principle of the fight is simply that Barong Dance has infinite uses. So as long as you have a setup where the healing isn't lower than the damage on average, the match can last as long as you want.
You want to kill Dionysus first. But if you wish Lilith can be a first Target. Do not target Incubus first, unless you have Panel 1 and max Barong Dance, else Lilith will be able to attack twice per turns.
Lakshmi A's Virtuous Prosperity combines healing, status cleansing, and Repel Almighty Magic in one skill, shutting down much of the enemy's offense. (Get it to full power in wave 1, before the boss fight.)
Gabriel has Repel Elec and Hecate has Repel Dark to go with Alilat's Repel Pierce skill. Lilith will cast her attack spells anyway, but it'll waste press turns.
Gabriel's uncovered Dark weakness turned out not to be a problem; Incubus never cast Hell Gaze and Lilith only got to attack once per turn.
Hecate's self-heal triggers Lakshmi's MP regeneration skill, which helped because I hadn't leveled Virtuous Prosperity.
Alilat used War Cry over and over to counteract Dionysus's Fast Luster skill.
I killed Lilith first, Incubus second, and Dionysus last.
It was difficult to get enough Battle Speed with this set of demons to go first, and I used Mitamas to make Lakshmi A act before Gabriel.
