Dx2 Duel

Playing Dx2 Duel[edit]

Fight AI-controlled player teams with separate attack and defense rosters. Start with team building and matchup ratings, then inspect the actual opponent’s skills, panels and stats.

Before entering a match[edit]

  1. Decide whether your team needs to go first or can survive going second. Calculate team speed from the actual builds rather than demon names.
  2. Identify the opposing damage engine and recovery loop: extra icons, Mighty Chains, Recurrence, revivals, Fortify/Decay and Spirit Chains can change the sequence of actions.
  3. Select a target whose removal actually disables that engine. Check death prevention, revive-ban removal and death-triggered retaliation before attempting the kill.
  4. Check the correct damage stat. Aleph scales his signature damage from PDEF; Naamah uses MATK for Desire, which costs HP rather than MP.
  5. Test the attack order and MP/HP budget. A defense team must also make sensible AI choices without manual target selection.

Building from your collection[edit]

Use one coherent damage plan, enough survival/recovery to execute it, and a counter to the opponents you face. Older accessible demons can fill a specific gap, but a historical beginner four-demon example should not be treated as a modern ladder team. PVP Team Guide explains the current roles and their limits.

Rules, rewards and shop[edit]

Check the current in-game Duel screen for rank thresholds, random-match bonuses, streak effects and shop inventory. The copied numerical tables have not been reverified, so they are preserved in the historical mechanics section and the historical reward tables.
